Uses:Hogget, mutton. Conservation grazing. Wool: Craft uses, often used by hand spinners and weavers.
Origin:Isle of Man
Class:Primitive breed, short-tailed. Horned, from 2 to 6, usually 4.
Colour:Brown face, legs and fleece
Parentage:Ancient breed derived from primitive North European breeds.
Wool:A naturally coloured brown wool with a very soft and silky texture.
Fleece:1.5 - 2 kg
Staple Length:6 - 12 cm
Micron Range:30 - 31.5
